Are you hoist-trained?
Yes. I am trained to use a hoist for safe manual handling. If you use a hoist or another aid, tell me what it is and how transfers usually work in your home.
Which towns do you cover?
I live in Benarkin North. I regularly work in Benarkin, Blackbutt, Blackbutt North, Taromeo, Yarraman, Moore, Linville, Harlin, and Maidenwell. By arrangement I also go to Nanango, Toogoolawah, Cooyar, and nearby parts of the South Burnett and upper Brisbane Valley. Further afield is by arrangement, within reason. Can you work with a self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plan?
Yes. I work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If your plan is NDIA-managed, you may need a registered provider. Get in touch and I can help you understand the options.
Do you provide aged care support as well as NDIS?
Yes. Alongside NDIS participants, I support people who are arranging aged care or other in-home support.
